15 Oct

You can all continue to sleep soundly because we have landed in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.  Our flight ended up only being 12 hours long…yes, that extra hour off was important.  Neither of us had any problems on the flight.

I will take a moment and tell you that we encountered some interesting people before we ever left Washington, D.C.  The driver that took us to our hotel room last night was from Sudan.  Gail talked with him and he gave his viewpoints on the people of South Sudan.  Also, we met a couple that were headed to Malawi for 3 months to go to work at an orphanage that they started.  Lastly, we met a counsel woman from New Jersey who was having a very difficult time with her travel.  Please be in prayer for those that we met.

We now will wait for about 6 hours until we board for the flight to Juba and then will drive to Terekeka for the final destination.

Just wanted to keep you updated!

In Christ’s Love,

Josh & Gail

Sounds like an exciting journey so far! God is so cool! He designs every path we take… even specific encounters with people in airports. Wow! I will continue to pray for ease of travels and divine appointments. God has you right where you are supposed to be! How exciting! Love you both! -Summer
